  3.          The Investment Advisor is a rule based is based on economic
  4. assumptions. The rule base is constructed internally, within the 
  5. expert system.  As  a foundation for the rule system,  basic economic     
  6. assumptions were established, using the Statistical Package for the             
  7. Social Sciences (SPSS). The  Investment Advisor is executed when 
  8. predetermined relationships occur. The    only effect the user has on
  9. the Investment Advisor is the quality of the data input, and editing
  10. of the database.
  11.          The Investment Advisor does write to a data file the ultimate
  12. decision by the investor.   The user has control over the content 
  13. of the decision database.  Caution, the user must use the following 
  14. context: Type_with_no_spaces. When storing this to the decision     
  15. data base, text must  be stored as one word. Therefore, for readable 
  16. output, place the underline symbol between words.  The user is 
  17. expected to input an investment decision.  If the user does not 
  18. care to make an investment, press the space bar, and then return.
